there were tv, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the rooms, which made them unique. a tub in the private bathroom was a plus. location: the hotel was close enough to the train station as well as nature and comfort.

For a short weekend getaway, we stayed at Kakureyado. the serene forest view opposite the property gave a peaceful countryside vibe. Though basic, breakfast was adequate. Taka-san was an incredibly kind and attentive host, offering free snacks and rides to nearby areas. the room had a cozy attic feel with plenty of natural light. Bicycles were available for rent, perfect for exploring without a car. Cons: Can just recommend this hotel.

We visited HOTEL TRIPLETS and FAMILY, and it was lit! the owner was super cool, the rooms were sick, and the free snacks were a vibe. the bikes helped us explore, and the breakfast was yummy. Can't wait to go back!

Only wish there was a cool hangout spot for late-night fun, like a chill rooftop bar or a bonfire pit.

Spent Christmas here. Could see Mt Fuji from room. Host gave us Japanese snacks to try, dogs and cats to pet. Located near shopping area and has bikes for exploring.

Low ceiling, watch your head! Communication a bit tough, be wary.
